Found the one? Time to offer…!
When you've found the perfect home, our team will guide you through making an offer and negotiating the terms. We ensure your offer is presented clearly and transparently to the landlord. We work hard to secure a fair agreement every step of the way.
Application and referencing process!
Once your offer is accepted, we conduct thorough, in-depth referencing checks swiftly to secure your tenancy. This essential service is carried out by the UK’s leading tenant referencing company and includes credit, affordability, employers, income, and previous landlord checks.
Paperwork and signing the agreement!
We manage the preparation and signing of the Tenancy Agreement and all other relevant documents. We ensure you understand all the terms before committing. We will also arrange for a Landlord’s Gas Safety Inspection to comply with regulations.
First payment and deposit security!
We will collect the first month’s rent and the security deposit (bond) from you. The security deposit will be protected in a secure deposit account, adhering to all necessary regulations to protect you as a tenant.
Inventory check-in!
If you are moving into one of our managed properties, we will put in place a detailed inventory report prior to you moving in. We also provide a helpful check-in service on moving day to ensure a seamless transition and protect against unnecessary deductions when you move out.

The keys are handed over, and your tenancy officially begins! If you are in one of our managed properties, our dedicated property management team is on hand throughout your tenancy to handle any maintenance issues or queries, offering peace of mind and continuous support.
